First Batch of Tohoshinki 3rd Live Tour Goodies ORDERED!

FINALLY.... After trying for 8 L O N G hours, the orders for the first batch have been successfully placed!!! Congrats to all the customers in the first batch - you'll get all the goodies that you wanted!

To give you an idea of how POPULAR the boys are - I started trying to place the order with the website at the very second that sales started ie. 4pm sharp Japan time today. Guess what? The whole website was jammed up! I couldn't even get to the order page, and there was constantly an error loading the page.

Finally, after about 2 hours, I was able to add a few items to the shopping cart. Then guess what? The shopping cart failed to load up, as there were still many people trying to get into the website to grab the goodies.

When I finally completed adding all items to the shopping cart, guess what? Yes you're right - the "check out" page was unable to load up. Sigh.

The traffic finally eased up after about 8 hours, and the orders were finally successfully placed. You won't believe how many times I clicked on the mouse to refresh the webpages in the past 8 hours. My hand is so tired now.... LOL

Tohoshinki 3rd Live Tour Concert Goodies (All sold out!)

Tohoshinki 3rd Live Tour 2008 ~ T is here! The concert goodies go on sale on 19 March 2008 (Japan time), so grab your limited edition goodies quickly before they run out! From past experience, the goodies sell out really quickly, especially items like the t-shirt, tour pamphlet and cell chains.

Basic Information:

Items are expected to be shipped out by the supplier only around the first or second week of April. So you can expect to receive your items earliest around May.

The supplier does not ship internationally, so shipping costs will be very expensive. The following shipping charges will be incurred:

Japanese vendor --> Japanese address
Japanese address --> Me
Me --> You

The shipping charges that are tagged to each item below are estimates to cover the following:

- 3 legs of shipping
- import taxes
- registration fee (tracking number will be provided)
- currency exchange fee of US$2 because you'll be paying me in USD, I'll be paying the vendor in JPY, and my credit card will be billed in SGD.
- miscellaneous fee which will amount to a couple of dollars at most (I'll let you know more details when you place your order)

When I receive the items, I'll weigh them and total up the exact shipping costs and various fees for your items. Combined shipping will be provided wherever possible to help you save on shipping. Posters will be shipped in hard postal tubes. Everything else will be shipped in bubble envelopes or boxes (where necessary). Any excess amounts collected upfront will be refunded to you, and you will need to top up the difference if there is any shortfall. Please understand that all the shipping costs and import taxes are estimates, so the actual amounts may differ. Please be able and willing to top up the additional charges if applicable.

How to order:

1. Add items that you'll like to order to your shopping cart. Discounts for multiple purchases will be given, and will be calculated at the end of the transaction.

2 items - US$1 discount
3 items - US$2 discount
4 items - US$3 discount
and so on...

Please note that the 10% discount for first-time customers on my mailing list does not apply to concert goodies, because the supplier does not give out discounts as well.

After you have checked out using the shopping cart, I will email you to confirm your order. If you're paying by Paypal's echeck, your echeck needs to be cleared before your order is confirmed. Please check your Paypal email account, or provide me with an alternative email address to contact you at.

2. Orders will be consolidated and I'll place the orders with the supplier on the following estimated dates (JAPAN time, which is about 12 hours AHEAD of US time):

First batch - 19 March 2008 (for those who want to ensure you'll definitely get the goodies of your choice!)

Second batch - 29 March 2008 (estimated)

Third batch - 12 April 2008 (estimated)

The reason for the consolidation of orders is to let everyone share in the shipping costs, so that each of you will need to pay less.

Q: I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still purchase the concert goodies?

A: If you have a credit card, you don't even need to have a Paypal account. You can email me at cindytang_ebay@yahoo.com with what you'll like to get, and I'll calculate your total for you. I'll then send you an invoice via Paypal, and you can follow the instructions from there to complete the payment.

Q: I don't have a credit card nor a Paypal account. Can I still purchase the concert goodies?

A: You can also pay by concealed cash, either by sending it to me or to my contact in California. Your order will only be confirmed when payment is received by either of us.

Q: I'm located in Singapore also. Can I pay in SGD? Will shipping charges be lower?

A: Yes, most certainly! Please email me at cindytang_ebay@yahoo.com with the items you'll like to get, and I'll work out your total for you. You can pay by concealed cash or bank transfer.

Q: Why are the shipping charges so high?

A: Shipping charges include all the 3 legs of shipping, import taxes, packaging materials and miscellaneous fees. Since we do not know how heavy the items are, and thus how much shipping will cost, they are estimated on the high side so that you have an idea of the maximum amount that you'll need to fork out. With combined shipping, shipping may not be so expensive at the end of the day. In most of the past transactions, customers received refunds at the end of the transactions for the excess shipping costs.

Q: What happens if certain items go out of stock?

A: You'll be refunded for the amount that you paid for these items via Paypal.
