hi regarding dbsk poster no. 42 it looks a bit blurry, like i can't see changmin's face properly. is the poster like that too or is it just the image??

Cindy said...

Hello! Thanks for popping by! In all the actual posters (including DBSK poster 42), you can see the faces of all the members very clearly. The reason why it sometimes appears blur in the pictures is because I took the pictures without using flash, which requires a really steady hand to take perfect pictures. :) If there's a slight movement when the photo is taken, the image will become slightly blurred. Hope this clarifies!

Hi! I'm afraid I'm not sure if the DBSK poster 42 will be restocked, since there are always new poster designs released, so the older designs may not be restocked. If you like, you can sign up for the mailing list, and be updated on new items (or restocked items) in future. Thank you!

yes please!!^^ i would like to sign up!! but how??

Hi, please scroll right to the top of this page, and somewhere below the Paypal icon on the right hand side, you'll be able to see the box to sign up for the mailing list. Thanks!

Hi :) I wanted to purchase posters 35 38 43 44. The shipping is shown as $20 when it should be $8. Should I be worried or will I be refunded back later on?

Thanks :)!

what do you mean by tubed posters-$5?
does it mean the poster+tube is five dollars, or do you have to add five dollars to the price of the poster?

Ms. Ma's Class said...

Sorry, Cindy! I got it :)

Cindy said...

Hi Cynthia, glad you managed to find out the answer - the refund for combined shipping will be sent back to you via Paypal ^^

Hi Anonymous who posted on Aug 21, "tubed shipping" refers to the cost of shipping only. Basically, each poster costs US$7. Shipping cost is US$5 for the first poster, and US$1 for every additional poster. So if you're getting 1 poster, the total cost (inclusive of tube + shipping to you) will be US$12, and 2 posters will cost US$20. Hope this clarifies!

Hello Cindy, I would like to know if #36 is still available?

Anonymous said...

Would you happen to know if Poster no. 48 will be restocked?

Cindy said...

Hi indefinable and Anonymous who posted on 30 Sep - I'm afraid the DBSK posters #36 and #48 will probably not be restocked in future, as the supplier usually comes up with new designs often, and does not restock on the older ones. Sorry about that!

do you think anymore of the bonjour paris posters will be restocked? I already bought one but I really love that photoshoot so I was wondering if I could get more...

Hello! I have ordered a set of DBSK cards and a notebook on the weekend of 12/13/2008-12/14/2008. Today is 12/23. I know you probably might not ship them yourself, but I was wondering if you would know approximately when they will come. Thank you!

Hi Aimie, I've sent a reply to your paypal email account - please check that email ok. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Hi again, a couple days after I ordered the DBSK cards and notebook, I ordered a Super Junior folder. For some reason, the Super Junior folder came on the Dec. 29th and the DBSK cards and notebook still haven't come.. I checked the paypal email and it said that the latest date that the package would come would be 1/2/09. But today is the 1/3/09 and I am wishing the package will be coming soon. Any information? Thanks.

Cindy said...

Hi Aimie, as your 2 packages were shipped during the peak Christmas season, there'll be the possibility of customs and postal delays. Even if 1 package was shipped earlier than the other, it may arrive earlier than the other due to various reasons, for example, sorting done by the post office. Please don't worry too much - the other package should be arriving soon. Thanks for your patience.

It is 1/7/09.. and my present was expected to be a christmas present.. i am not hoping to make this a valentines present. I understand that the shipping and sending will probably take time.. but I would like the package to come SOON. You said it would probably come at 1/2/09, and that was the latest date. Now it is almost a week after the late date, and i am unhappy about this. Thanks

Hi Aimie, your first order was received on 14 Dec, and was shipped out on 15 Dec. As you can see, there was no delay from this end in shipping out your item, since I understand that customers like to receive their items as soon as possible. If you need proof of shipping, the receipt is available and I'll be glad to scan it to show you. Understand that you would have wanted it to be a Christmas present, but if you had checked beforehand, I would have told you that it was realistically not possible, since we all know how busy the customs / postal agencies can get during this season, what with the huge spike in packages plus holidays in between. I understand your frustration in not receiving the package up till today (I would be frustrated too). Will just like you to imagine this scenario: Imagine you have a friend in Asia, and you send something out to her in mid-December '08. She tells you that she has not received it up till today. Will you be a) unhappy at the postal agency, b) unhappy at customs, or c) unhappy with yourself? My guess is that the answer will most likely be a) or b). Unfortunately, such customs and postal delays are really out of anyone's control. It's part and parcel of international shipping, and while annoying, noone can really do much about it. Please be assured that 99.9% of the packages that I've shipped worldwide have arrived safely, so your package should eventually arrive. For the reasons mentioned above, please just give it more time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some
advice from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog?
I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I'm thinking about creating my
own but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
