- To be upfront about it, shipping costs will be very expensive. The website doesn't ship internationally, so the following shipping charges will be incurred:

- As I'll need to get a few parties involved, service charge will be US$5 for the first item, and US$3 for every additional item. There'll not be any discounts for multiple purchases, sorry! Most of the fees will be going to those who will be helping me.

- Estimated shipping fees from Me --> You. Please note that these are only estimates for shipping via normail airmail, and are subject to change when the actual products are weighed and shipped.

Ordering procedures:

1. Visit this website http://shop.mu-mo.net/st/event/0704toho/index.html and shop for your goodies!

2. Calculate your estimated total by doing the following:
- Find the "通常価格" for each item, which is the price in JPY. Divide it by 120 to get the amount in USD. For example, the 通常価格 for a t-shirt is JPY3,000, so this works out to US$25.
- Add service fees ie. US$5 for the first item, and US$3 for every additional item.
- Add 3 times of the shipping fees stated above for each item. For example, if you're getting a t-shirt, add 3 x US$5 = US$15 to your total. This is to cover the following:
--> estimated total shipping from the SUPPLIER all the way to YOU
--> currency exchange fee of US$2, because you'll be paying me in USD, I'll be paying the vendor in JPY, and my credit card will be billed in SGD.
--> miscellaneous fee which will amount to a couple of dollars at most (I'll let you know more details when you place your order)

3. If you're comfortable with the total amount, and will like to confirm your order, please email me at cindytang_ebay@yahoo.com with the following:

a) Your name

b) Location

c) Items ordering, including size and color if applicable (you can provide the URLs)

d) Your Paypal email address

4. I'll send you an invoice via Paypal, and you can make the payment to me before your order will be placed with the supplier.

5. The deadline for placing your order and making payment is 12 May 2007.

What happens after that:

1. I will place the order with the supplier soon after 12 May 2007. As I haven't tried ordering from the website before, I'm not totally sure that it'll be able to go through successfully. If the order cannot go through, I'll refund 100% of your payment, and you can look for other sources to get the concert goodies. According to the website, they will be on sale till 30 June 2007, so there should be sufficient time for you to look for alternative sources of ordering. But please do not blame me if certain items happen to become out of stock or something.

2. If the order goes through successfully, the supplier will take about 3 weeks to ship the items to my Japanese address. It'll then take about 1 - 2 weeks for the items to reach me in Singapore. I'll pro-rate the shipping costs for these 2 legs to each person based on the weight of the items that the person orders. If there're any customs duties or import taxes to be paid, these will also be pro-rated and charged to each person.

3. I'll email each customer to advise on the final shipping costs for the 2 legs above, and estimated shipping costs for shipping from Singapore to them. The customer can choose from airmail (takes 12 working days at most) and surface mail (takes 6 - 10 weeks). Generally, airmail is about 3 times the cost of surface mail. You can register your mail for an additional US$2, and a tracking number will be provided.

4. From the total amount that you've paid upfront, I'll refund you any excess amount, or you'll need to top up any shortfall. Please understand that all the shipping costs are estimates, so the actual amounts may differ. Please be able and willing to pay for the variable charges like shipping and customs or import taxes (if any).

5. Once we've settled the refund / top-up of shortfall, your items will be shipped to you via your choice of shipment method within 1 - 2 business days.


6. While every effort will be made to facilitate safe shipment, I am not responsible for lost / damaged / stolen item.
